Refund Policy

There can be a situation where the customer might find trouble with services or in the medications that have been delivered. Situations are likely to occur in case of services or satisfaction factor of a customer. This might lead to some of the mishap or other circumstantial events that may make you want a refund for your ordered medications.
In situations like that, we highly recommend that you keep the following points in mind for a refund for hassle-free service.
  • If you found your medication or package damaged or not up to the mark, then we request you to send us a proper, recognizable photo of your medication and the packaged that is being delivered to you.
NOTE: THE PHOTO SHOULD BE SENT WITH A CLEAR DESCRIPTION OF THE PROBLEM WITHIN 24-48 HOURS OF DELIVERY.
  • For a reminder, the refund process takes 3 business days. The team will coordinate with other departments and process your refund accordingly.
